Invention Convention is scheduled for September 16-20 and all JBE students are encouraged to take part!

This is an opportunity for your children to enhance their problem-solving skills and come up with innovative approaches to tackle the challenges they observe in the world. A big thank you to our business partner, Bolts & Bytes, who is helping sponsor the event.

Register online before Thursday, September 12th.

On the submission date, have your child bring their project, display, and Individual Entry Form to school. Include the Project Number confirmation number emailed to you after registration on both the Entry Form available below and on the Display. If your child is working in a group, an additional Group Entry Form is required. Groups can have a maximum of 3 children, and all must be in the same grade. If a child's group changes, please re-register the new group by filling out an updated group registration online.

*Projects will be disqualified if the Entry Form is not included with submissions.

Submission dates are:

• September 16 - Grades K-3

• September 19 - Grades 4 & 5

Entries can be either of the following:

• Invention - a new product, process, or service that has not been previously made.

• Innovation - an improvement to an existing product, process, or service.
